This was taken after climbing up the side of the falls into a slightly flatter area that is still farther then the most beatiful and active portion of the falls.
The area was thick with shade with blinding light piercing through the leaves, which would have left quite a few things washed out. So, I set the exposure compensation down two full stops and utilized the Sigma EF500 Super DG+ flash that I own to capture the image.
The only processing performed on this shot was an auto-levels in Adobe Photoshop Elements 2.0.
