 We were trying to get out children into some new sports and I always loved Frisbee. So I took a photo of my husband catching and shooting the Frisbee. The challenge called for sports well I know it's not a die hard head butt shot of a soccer player or somehome hitting a home run. It's a SPORT and really I just wanted to keep up and enter something.

Hmm. Not sure what to say on this one. Maybe a little too much action as I can't say that in my opinion that I like the blur on the frisbee. I think that the pose of the subject denotes enough action for me.

no doubt you are getting hammered for your take on 'sport'. as a photograph, this is ok. it would probably be more interesting, though, with a short dof (making the background blurry and less distracting). if you are going to shoot 'outside the box' on challenges, please take into consideration all the things that can make an image to life. you also might want to check out this thread.
