What a wonderful photo! Great action shot and shows creativity. Anyone can take a picture of a ball being tossed, or a bat being swung, but you went beyond that and captured the emotion of a "pickle". The clarity of all the players faces and actions are well demonstrated. Colors are vivid, with all areas looking properly exposed. I really like the composition. You have all the involved players, both directly and indirectly in the shot - and kept the image as a whole very well balanced.
Keep up the good shots!
9 - Outstanding picture in this category. Captures the decision making process and focuses it by the flight of the ball in the rundown. Evasion, capture and perspective are all clearly outlined in one simple picture.
Nice composition contrast and sharpness. It's difficult to get an idea of the action (as someone that doesn't know baseball), so I think the shot could have possibly been better selected. Overall, good image.
