 Picture of my eye during the day.

1) Crop
2) Image -> Adjustment Hue/Saturation -> Sautration none
3) New Adjustement Layer Hue/Saturation with a circle gradiant around the center of my eye -> put lightness none to make it black
4) Image -> Adjustemnt Levels
5) Image -> Adjustemnt Brightness/Contrast
6) Save

Done !

You cropped the corner of the eye - oh my! May be the reason why this eye looks terrified. The cropping is definetely awkward.

Good pic - great idea but please check out "iris and pupil" in this challenge to see how much I and possibly you have to learn about emotive pics.
