I think this photo has potential but is a bit lacking in the contrast and tone department. Something slightly more moody, a little more to the left of the histogram, would be more pleasing to me.
macro has left the outside of the wheel out of the DoF. The subjkect matter is used, but I quite like the look. Colours are v muted - wI would increase saturation a little. Missing a "wow" factor, plus focus/DoF issue result in bit of a knock down in my score, I'm afraid.
I think to do well, you'll have to put a little more thought into the presentation of your subject. This is not very interesting, either subject or composition - no offense intended
