Looks like there is a bit of camera shake. Not a very good depiction of your idea. Maybe if you choose a bigger parking lot. Half the photo is of grass and houses.

Hmmm. I would have cropped the top half off it's only a distraction. Seems a hair OOF and lacking in lighting. You have a good idea here and I like the tulips in the left side.
