I like it! You caught the action at the exact right moment. Normally I don't care for double borders, but this one fits right in with the colors and composition.
A very good stop action shot. I'm not so sure I like the people aware of the camera and hamming it up, but I do think the technique you used to take this pic worked really well.
Very nice! Pretty sharp and in focus, with a good sense of motion. I think the wave is a little distracting, perhaps simply because it draws attention unnecessarily to the camera. However, this is a great pan shot, and a good example of transportation!

You have frozen the car nicely while maintaining the sense of movement in the wheel and road. The woman waving looks so happy that I can't help smiling.
