Hehehe this makes me giggle out loud! I love kittens. Most of them act as if they are on a pedestal, even if they aren't. ;)
This shot has nice, even lighting and is well-exposed. As a personal preference, I would like to see the eyes in sharper focus. You might try selecting just the area right around the eyes with the lasso or the elliptical marquis tool, then feathering the selection, and applying a little more USM to them to bring them more sharpness.
