I like the red to blue. I have a photo like this. To bad about the power lines. You did good with the exposure to get the wheels, etc.

This image was captured in very harsh light, shooting early in the morning or late in the afternoon would create a softer light, and more attractive image. Also, I would suggest using fill flash to help balance the light.
