I like this a lot. The camera angle is great, and the motion blur is a really cool effect. A bit like being at a party after a few drinks :). My eye keeps going back to the girl in the pale blue dress near the wall. I like the way she's standing.
Don't know if you were going for the motion effect, or if lack of lighting required slower shutter, but the overall effect is a bit nausiating. Low angle shot also adds interest, but nets a diminished view of your grouping. All in all, try getting to a better lighting situation and try looking downwards at your crowd instead of up, heads are more interesting to most than feet. Finally, if you are going to attempt motion, try smaller groups that are moving a bit more uniformly. You took a risk on this shot and I hate to score you down for it, but then some risks do that to you. Photo 5 Creativity 7 People 6 total 6 P.S. lights glaring from the ceiling also hurt your overall shot/score as well as the leg/post along the right side of the photo.
This is an interesting perspective and angle but I see a lot of 'backs' instead of faces... I know that the challenge is 'people' with no specifics. I, personally, would rather see faces when possible...
