 While waiting for my flight I noticed the silhouette of a metal catwalk on top of the portable walkway connected to my plane. The sun and clouds were pretty intense. Minimal photoshop was needed: unsharpen mask was used slightly.

I know there is metal here, but you can't tell and the photo screams sunset... a beautiful one!... but not the theme of the challenge...

The sunset is overpowering the image, taking the focus away from the challenge object.

Great sky, I wonder how many comments you got about not being able to tell it's real metal. Focus and colors seem right on, shadows are a nice black.

while you have a beautiful sky here, i think the metal detracts from the photo's effectiveness. the subject here is more like a distraction.

We all know that this is a metal challenge. Excluding the word "metal" would reflect a differant perspective, and strengthen the title.

Black nice, whites non-existant, light nice, sillouette nice, line nice, dof nice, comp very good, overall a good pix

while the colors are beautiful, I would not know this was made out of metal without the title. Still, I like the composition, contrast, color so I give you a 6
