nice... I like your border. The rocks give a nice feel to this picture and the birds look so neat just walking like they can't fly or something. Nice shot.
The blue tone comes through well here. Grouping the gulls together and asking them to all walk in the same direction was a good idea. I especially like the placement of the gulls in your pic and the rocks in the foreground give it that extra touch. The blue frame might be overdoing it just a tad though, it clashed with the other blues in the image.
I love how they all look so determined. Looks like they're all going off to work on a Monday morning. The image overall is a bit dark, but you have certainly captured an obvious emotion.
