Wow... Great shot and I love the triptych. I agree that it's a tad on the dark side, but it's a powerful image nonetheless. One other slight thing - the horizon line seems a bit off level. It could just be me though! Nice work!
I really like this photo. If I had any critique to make, it would be that it seems slightly too dark and a little oversaturated. I don't think much of a change would be necessary to bring out some of the detail. Also, IMHO, the left pane stands alone as a frameable print.
