Sunday night a large storm heading into town. This storm produced several inches of rain and up to grapefruit sized hail. By the time it got into town, it had dispatted and left us with pea size hail and about half inch of rain.
I applied curves, adjusted saturation at the green, cyan, blue, and yellow layers, and USM.

as a viewer i think why did he take the photo in this location. What does the large water storage tank in the back ground, the some other kinda tank in the midground, the excessive empty field in the foreground add to the picture?Maybe it would have been better two steps to the left? Maybe it was an islated storm and there wasnt bkackclouds 2 steps to the left.
Nicely focussed, but a tad too much USM has resulted in some halos around some objects (such as the fence in front of the tank). Nice vivid colours in the trees/grass.
The white tower against the dark sky is striking.......I like the sense of space.....I would like to give you a 6.5 but there is no way to do that.......I don't understand the focus in the foreground that stuff looks like it has some bigger leafs than normal grass............I'm baffled on the technical side of things here.......man this is tough........take the 7 and run.
