COLOR & FOCUS: The colors are nice and maybe just a little undersaturated. Your focus on the bird is just a tad off. Little things that the harsh DPC gang will pick up on right away. :o)
THEME: Respected... of course!
COMPOSITION: Since the focus of the challenge is Fauna, i think there is too much "other stuff" in the photo that bring my eyes away from the main subject. A closer crop would've solved that issue IMO. Having the bird in movement is wonderful and makes the photo dynamic. I like that aspect of the shot!
LEVELS: Spot on! not under or overex to me.
All in all an OK shot. I gave you a average score of 5.
I like how the bird is well framed by the foilage. I think maybe this photo could possibly be cropped just a little closer. Otherwise, I very nice picture.
