This was in morning light, in the first inning of a morning game. This was a bunt play with a runner on 3rd base, where the catcher fielded the ball, threw to first and got the batter out. Here the runner from 3rd is heading home and the pitcher is covering home. Notice the ball is just arriving, unfortunately you cannot see the pitcher's mitt or his face, but I love the way this caught the runner in mid-air as he begins his slide. Will he be safe?
