The new prefectural offices being built in Utsunomiya city. Being Sunday, there are no workers there. I actually didn't know that I could get to view the construction site like this - maybe on a weekday, I might have been stopped.
One of the old buildings wasn't demolished - instead, it was shifted on rails and now faces west instead of south as it used to do.

Great view for this challenge--a blue sky would have set this off beautifully. Mother nature--go figure :) The fence wire really makes this shot for me.
