Nice shot, I like that you captured his involvement and concentration, his eye is on his work and his muscles are flexed. The sun lighting his shirt, the white is well detailed and not blown out, and skin is lovely, It would have been nice to get a bit more light on his face, but that is not always possible in a candid. I don't mind the dark background it focuses me on the man. Good capture.

Pretty good, image quality is good and this shot is pretty interesting. The only thing is that it´s framed way too tightly for my taste, I would have liked to see more surroundings to see what it is that he is doing, in particular the part on the right side.
