I really wish you had turned ten degrees to the right & the compostition would be much better (does that make sense? ...bulldozer would have been better placed in the top left corner) but I like the shallow DOF and it has interest.
In this image the objects in the foreground take up too much fo the frame. I would have really liked it if you maybe fit the pipes into the bottom third of the frame and showed more of the construction equipment in the back. I like the idea, I just think the composition is a little off.
Too bright, and too much foreground. This would have been better if taken slightly to the left, so that the colour of the jcb filled the space above the pipe.
