Very nicely done. Love the lighting and the angle of the shot. Couldn't be as effective in color - great idea to do in black and white.

I like the soft focus and lighting, and the expression is neat, but, IMO, this photo does not meet the challenge of shooting a decision.

Cool image....but theres rely no decision depicted in the photograph. You are relying simply on the title. Your photo should be obvious in depicting the decision.

You know what would have been really cool? Having the camera reflected in the baby's eyes. Beautiful child. Nice focus.
