I wish the focus was a bit sharper. Great capture. It may be hard to convince people that this really fits the challenge. If I didn''t look at your title it wouldn't appear to fit the challenge topic at all.
I feel like the decision should be clear without having to read this title. In this case, it isn't, so even though it's a nice picture in its own right, I don't think it meets the challenge well... also, determining safety doesn't seem to be a decision, anyway, as much as a judgment
