My Opinion-In my book ..to be sick on candy is right up there with being sick on cheap wine. YUCK. :P Your title is very telling and most of us can relate.
Photographing dark chocolate with dark wrappers on a dark b\g is not easy. You did it well. The candy dish is a nice touch and really added.

The implications are staggering.... Really engaging idea. The title here really enhances the image, and i find myself looking around for clues to the title, that are easy to find here. Perhaps a darker mood would increase the connection even more.
Very clear shot. Is an alki-selzer needed here? Not fully fond of the background, it isn't a very strong contrast, plus it looks like candy was dragged across it? I like the silver bowl, was it being tipped to further demonstrate the gluttony here?
