I really like the details in this image, how you can make out every little water speck, but it really seems noisy. When I say noisy, I mean you cannot see where the water has originated from, where it is, and you get this feeling of being lost within too much action.
Is water not the exact opposite to "granular"? O well, I take it it's linked to the challenge by a paradox :)
Your picture looks oversharpened, mainly in the upper right. I don't like your composition very much, there's no clear point of focus. 6.
