I'm just amazed by how abandoned places make wonderful images. I got chills down my spine when I first saw the full size photo. I began to wonder what was behind that closet....although, I did close the door for the shot..yet still, I wonder.
Post edit: Shot in RAW.. so, there were many adjustments made.

I have to say thank you for those who commented and has help greatly. I have re-shot this same location and adjusted many things about this image and had improved the the lighting and compostion. thakn again. The v.2 will be posted in my portfolio.
I find this to be a simple and evocative composition that does show very nice lighting. I like the aged, abandoned look, and the open doorways evoke a sense of adventure. There are questions being asked by that single closed door at the end, and I appreciate the image all the more because of it.
Beautifully done. I have an intense feeling of having seen this before. There's really not much to criticise at all, I'm sure you've absolutely achieved your imagined shot - other than that I think you might have made more play of the shadow areas - it pays, i think, not to forget the range of points at which your audience set 'black' on their screens.
