I shoot a lot of pictures somewhat similar to this...I'm lately shooting them in spot-metering mode to try and avoid blowing out all the detail in the highlights.

Ah the weather report. Love the contrast of deep blue and angry clouds. The bush is placed well in the lower right, not too much and not too little, good job. The whole image is a little grainy though.
