The lighting is by Mother Nature.

I was waiting out a line of severe thunderstorms in a truck stop parking lot. Boredom sat in, so I started trying to catch lightning bolts, wasn't fast enough, but the uniqueness of Ma Natures strobe lighting was intriqueing.
