Beautiful shot! Great motion on the water....but there is a lot of detail on the trees, which does not hold up to the concept of a silhouette. Excellent clarity of image though.

To me the main interest is the waterfall, the silhouetted trees are simply in the way

Too much detail, meter the backround, increase two stops and try it again.
