 Translated - The Snail has the Apple (I think?)

Wasn't going to enter this challenge, however, my wife absolutely loved this image and thought that it would score well (she thinks it will be one of my highest...we'll see). Plus...I absolutely hate not being able to hit the update button and didn't want to go through withdrawal for an entire week!!!
