there are two things about this photograph that would make it win. use freeze ice to create the fog look and add contrast and color.

Wow. Just... wow. How long did it take you to do this? The slightly lighter reflective surface they sit on actually does look something like a smooth pond at night, and the effect is both peaceful and amusing.
