Thr appletini, my favourite martini... was created with a glass and apple on white and black construction paper (cut and put together in stripes). Adjusting wise, dodged black and lightened white to make solid stripes and get rid of funny shadowing. Unsharp mark, and some cropping... and that's it!

Boy, you went to all this work to come up with the perfect layout to compliment your subject and them shot an apple with the dynamic vitality of a turtle! If you had only found a succulent, crisp, vibrant apple, this might have ribboned. The B&W setup is stunning!!!
Guess what! i like this photo. this could be the winning shot. use a green apple and a smaller one. the background is nice but its just there if u had a spalsh effect or anything that would improve the picture would be nice
is that u Razzi
the background graphics is stylish and works well
just a thought: if the apple would be floating on some (maybe even coloured) liquid maybe it would have add some elegance to the apple and glass..now it looks a bit as if the apple just dropped from 5 feet above...boeff
but still i kinda like this image
I like your idea here. The colors, the light. The problem is the glass is not centered on the black line...well it maybe but the shot is not centered. Hope this makes some sense.
This picture could have used a model, you shoulda got one of those babes you're always hanging out with to pose with this drink. I think a burnette would suit the photo, but if you're going to be ultrathemeitc I suppose a redhead would suffice.
