Meets the challenge, but not overly inspiring.. The blackband (window frame) on the left of the picture does you no favours at all on this picture, try cropping your photos down so they appear more pleasing (in most of my photos I usually crop about 50 - 70 percent of the original photo out)..
I like the little circles where the rain hits the puddle, you've depicted pretty dreary weather here. Don't care much for the shadow on the left side though, you should have cropped it out.
Good reflection separation. the left side has something in the way that is distracting. Maybe a closer shot down near the leaves and trying to catch one of the raindrop ripples in focus would have more impact
