Very nice, great colors. Love the stare. I tried to get a head on glare in my shot, but after 15 minutes of waiting I gave up. This could also take on a slightly more "menacing" look if cropped fairly tight vertically. But this is very nicely done.
cool capture. You captured the texture of the skin well. Only improvement I can see may be to crop on the right - the out of focus dark wood is throwing the image off balance in my opinion. Love the way he's looking directly at the camera!
