What a powerful photo you've created, highlighting the issue of poverty. Your composition juxtaposes the French chocolates and the mother with her children perfectly. I think rotating the photo slightly clockwise and then cropping it so that it was parallel to the frame of the picture would be my only suggestion for change. 10
Lovely idea, but the composition is a bit too cluttered... ideally the figures should have a light background without detail just behind them. I realise you have no control over these things here, but I would have just not taken the shot and looked out for it in the future with a different shop.
