Yes, i had to go and take a picture of this sign post again. I wasn't too happy last Monday when i saw, to my dismay, that the next challenge was pi when I knew all along that my symmetry submission looked like pi even before i submitted it. And to think that the next challenge was pi, i thought was more than a coincidence. Oh well. Here it is again - revisited.
I must say that i'm pretty embarassed at how many pictures i have taken of this sign post. No more for me thanks. I actually went back to the location three times. I thought i could get a cool picture of it against the sunset but that didn't work out. I finally went back when there were some cool clouds, and that seemed to work the best, even though it looks very similar to my symmetry submission. Oh well, hopefully i'll get a decent score. No more pi or rusty signs for me though.

Stunning textures and nice composition. The sky has just enough cloud to avoid being boring, but I still think a slightly tighter crop would be an improvement. Is it one of those Japanese sun gates, or just an old piece of a ruined building?
One of my favourites this week. Great colours, focus and cropping. I like the composition too. Perhaps a little too centered. Very well done anyway. Good luck!
My highest rated "pi" pic this week, well done! It looks so good with all the rust and peeling paint! The wild clouds and deep blue sky give this image that extra touch. You can be proud of yourself with this photo.
Hey Budweezer - good job again!! As I've already said - liked the lighting better last week, but the signposts are perfect for this challenge and the fluffy clouds are wonderful.
have we seen this before ;-) i still like it, and am very jealous of your weather. not much to say on your shot except maybe trying w/the object not so centered, maybe a bit towards the left or right lower corner and capture more sky. i wonder if you had cropped the photo in the shape of a circle if that would have broken the rules.
Looks familiar.... I still like it, and you have a good eye for finding pi. While this is a pi shape, it doesn't communicate anything about pi to me, or it may be more accurate to say that I can't infer anything about pi from it.
