This does not seem to have taken place outside, as the challenge required. The noise/grain is actually fitting, but the lack of focus and shadow detail on the face hurts the image somewhat. I would have liked to see more of the expression.

Nothing to comment about the quality (other than grainy) but the challenge was to take a picture "outside" at night, not in your kitchen.
