I'm very much into abstract but the problem is i can't find unity in this abstract work. I would crop it tighter to focus on the starshaped colour. Hope this comment is helpful

I'm not a fan of abstract, but for a colors challenge, I think it works. I with the LRC was cropped.

The "Monet" look works for me. Good colors and soft focus is just right for your "model".
