super close but color doesnt seem to be the dominant subject here

Great clarity on the main subject. Decent composition. One of the best "Stamine" images I've seen in a while. Shallow focus works well here. Nicely done.

Great feeling of depth. The stamen comes right out at you.

White is so hard to photograph. More so with flowers. You did a superb job ! This is a awesome flower photo !

I think you lose a lot of the beauty of a flower this close. Its like looking up a supermodels nose.

Nice detail...good bright orange for the color.

Magnificent macro. Your focus is dead on and the colors are magnificent!

Great macro. No doubt of the subject.

Very nice photo. I like the way the title brings it into the challange.

Very nice Macro.. I am interested in the details for this picture. Camera type, lense, etc?

Excellent. The white petals form a natural border and the green points the way.

Nice macro, too bad you couldn't have found a flower that the pollen had not been disturbed. The pieces are not good here. 6

I took several similar shots of white lilies a few months ago :)

this seems more like the colour white to me. The stamen (?) are good but I'm not too sure what the white/ globby bit is - doesn't really enhance the picture a whole lot.

This is a very beautiful macro shot. The contrast of the yellow pollen with the blurred background enhances the color excellently - 9.

Wow this is awesome. The macro is so close and perfect... The orange against the white pedals is amazing. 10. I don't think I've ever given a 10 on a flower shot but this one deserves it.
