Are the circles "spent" matches? Good photo, is there something in the upper center square? Looks like a small piece of a burnt match.

I like your idea for a game but I don't like your background. The glare on the wood from the lighting on the right is distracting. The straight down view to the playing area is just a little dull. I think a lower angle that that showed the hand placing in the match would have been great.

matches to play tic tac toe....thats a novel approach.....but playing with matches is not a good thing.....is it?

Nice idea. Would have gone for a tighter crop myself to take out the boring bits of the table and the flash highlight on the left.
