Thank you to my beautiful model and fiancee Helen. An alternative title could have been "patience" as I played with the lights.
Cropped. Some minor cloning to remove stray hair strands, slightly improve detail on forehead and nose, remove a couple of skin bumps. Whitened eyes a bit. Contrast up, brightness down. Saturation down slightly. USM, resize, USM. Save for Web.

From this angle at this focal length, the hand looks too big in proportion to the face. Lighting looks unintenionally too harsh. Reds are a little too saturated.
I like this shot as a portrait, it has strength, I especially like the hand gesture and the models gaze. It could use a bit of touching up here and there, the left cheek seems a little burnt in and there are a few distractions ofn the background, but nevertheless it's an interesting pose
Nice shot. A little more focus on the eyes would of really worked for me. Plus the slightest bit of white gloss in the hair draws my eyes from the face. 8.
i think this is really well titles and shot. the model fits the description perfectly. I love the lighting and color treatment. a 10 from me. good luck
