This is great. When I saw this picture the first thing which sprang to mind was the phrase 'Never make your doctor your beneficiary.' I think that the mood might have been a bit stronger if the image weren't overexposed, but who's to say how a photo like this is supposed to look?

Dr jeckle? Kervorkian?Mad scientist? Now thats a doctor that will leave going under in terror. Phycotic facial expressions, heavy bags under the eyes. I can see it now nurse hand me the chainsaw, 600CC of heroin, and rubber ducky and well have the patient fixed up in no time. Yikes great shot.
