This is a really cool picture, one of my favourites so far to tell you the truth. The only downfall that's going to cost you high votes is the weird noise to it. I like it as it is, with the weird baby stroller...It's great! (I've added it to favourites)

image is too cluttered, also try using a slower shutter speed and a lower ISO That will help reduce the digital noise

I like the shot, but I don't think the sun is what catches your attention-mostly I was trying to figure out what the other stuff is.
