this just jumps out immediately among other entries .... you certainly expertly exploited an unual photo op ... the 3 (sky, snow, ski) elements in the photo work together perfectly ... the soft texture of the snow i think really nicely supports focus on the skier ... it almost looks as though the snow is clouds in the sky .. a very unusal and powerful effect to my eye.

Very nice. The line of where the snow meets the sky adds so much interest to this photo without distracting from the subject. I think it fits the "minimalist" bill in a very Un-boring way :) Love the composition.

Got my first 10... nice photo that perfectly meets the challenge IMO. Not sure if it is rotated or not but the gentle curve of the slope looks like a cloud...
