I see what you're trying to accomplish, but there's just too much blur. Hurts my eyes to look at it.

This scene doesn't meet the classical definition of minimalism, but it does meet the contest definition, so no points deducted for that. I like this scene a lot, as it's the only one so far that makes a statement, though there are a number of ways to interpret having the people that should be the recipient of freedom out of focus, but the word for freedom highlighted.

Is the focus on the word freedom? I don't really care much for this image. Way too busy to be considered within the minimalist approach.
