Another shot I took last October in Dewey Beach for the annual Greyhound reunion. This guy was just so happy laying there while everybody else was going crazy. The morning this was taken was at the "Blessing of the Hounds" on the beach. About 4000 dogs gathered for a group blessing and then individual blessings.
Great expression. Possibly typical, as the dog of a friend of mine is a greyhound/shepherdX who often has that look - same eyes and ears. Jumped when I saw this.
The photo is nicely exposed and I do like the crop. It does fit the title very well as does its expression :) But IMHO, the eyes (the focal point of the photo) are a bit too much in the far corner and not enough in the rule of third cross section... Well done: This is an original dog photo!!
