Nice composition & subjects, but they are pretty blurry. Maybe you could have gotten a faster shutter speed to reduce the blur if you used a wider aperture, though you may have been at the camera's limits already.

I am sure you could have found better angle for this shot, it doesnt do any good for this picture to line the people up like this

Rules of thirds is present, but the overall composition and feel of the shot doesn't have a lot to move the viewer. We have no connection to these people and what they're doing.
