Try pulling back from the subject just a little; the crop is too tight and causes the composition to feel static and a little claustrophobic - there is no 'frame' to support the rock.
Nice and sharp with some texture, but too plain to rate very high. Perhaps some long shadows from the rising or setting sun would have given it some more contrast.
not interesting... if you wanted to shoot only this rock, maybe a close-up macro would have displayed a lot of particulars that made something to look at
