This was taken at the old Seaview hospital in Staten Island Ny. This hospital was open during the early 1900's. It's been abandoned since the 1960's and has been rumored to be haunted by ghosts believe it or not. My experience there was nerve wrecking but at the same time very interesting. It was so spooky I had a hard time entering the building. It's not a safe place to visit because the structure is so old and the floors and ceilings look like they could cave in any second. Alot of teens visit the hospital at night just to spook themselves for fun.

Thank you Tracy! This was the same building that my brother took. We actually did go together to take some photos for this challenge. You definitely don't want to go to that place alone. Too scary. LOL. I mean if you think the pictures look scary you could just imagine how it looks in real life. I did have alot of fun though. This photo happens to be one of my favorites. The exit to this stairwell didn't have a door so the natural light was beaming in. The lighting was perfect. The vibrancy is what got me . I'm just really disapointed on how many 1's and 2's I got. Sometimes I think that the voting on this site is fixed. This would of scored much higher but Oh well, I gave it a shot.
This is so totally wild and it has so much color in it.. Love it!! Is this the same building your brother was shooting in... I hope yall werent in the place alone ....It does look creepy and makes me feel bumps on the back of my neck looking at these pics...
This should be a print for art on the wall.... It sure looks as though it could be a painting..
That's one beautiful mess of a place. A great place for photography. I like how this draws the person into it and makes you want to walk up those stairs.
The sheer quantity of tags makes this one interesting. It is so busy it pulls the eye this way and that and conveys uneasyness in this way. Yet the basic shapes are simple. Very interesting composition.
