This is an awesome picture with great detail. You caught the drinking water effect perfectly. I love the trickling water and the water splashing on the dogs face. What a great picture! This is definately a 10+

This would make a good posterized image too. For this challenge, it might be a bit over saturated. But, still, a good one and I like it!
