Basic editing, neat image applied, adjusted highlights and tones. This building has been in our area since the late 1800's. It used to have a huge water wheel, it has since decayed and fell from the building.

Wow you have got this picture taking at the perfect time of year.. The colors are awesome.. I remember seeing one of your photos with this in it I think... my memory is going bad.. ANyways I like this shot, it is a very nice composition!
This picture has so much character. I can really look at this and imagine kids playing, and life going on in that building that once was. The red in the building and in the tree make it really stand out. Good job!
Altho the landscape part of the photo is a little much I really like the building. Perhaps a tigher crop off the bottom and right side and increased the size of the building would have made for a more appealing photo.
