I would have cropped ths so more of the picture was of the damaged part. Seems to have a dividing line of the buiding right down the middle so my eye bounces between the two sides.

The subject is good, but the composition, crop, and framing are all off. This shot looks more like something that an insurance adjuster would take rather than a photographer.
